The Program

More than punches and kicks.

There is nothing better than getting to introduce children to martial arts at our gym. As the biggest program at the Grindhouse, we put tons of intention and energy into designing a program that not only teaches the fundamentals of martial arts, but also teaches important life lessons.

Many of the kids in our programs have parents that train too - and we offer family memberships for families with multiple people training at the gym.
